Personal Assistant to Commissioner, Ms Heidi Leung Mei-nor, was one of the 75 civil servants presented with Commendation Awards by the Secretary for the Civil Service (SCS), Miss Denise Yue, on November 15.

The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, also attended a cocktail reception to congratulate the award recipients.

Extending her warmest congratulations to the awardees from 38 bureaux and departments, Miss Yue thanked them for their contributions to the Government, their departments and the community.

The SCS Commendation Scheme was introduced in 2004 to recognise civil servants' consistently outstanding performance.
