Sergeants Chan Man-kai, Chau Kwok-wing and Chu Chun-hung, and Woman Sergeant Tam Mei-heung, coming from different regions, attended a one-week intensive Advanced Development Course at the Home Team Academy of the Singapore Police Force last month. The course covered leadership skills, communication skills, conflicts management and policing.

After passing an examination at the end of the course, the four officers were attached to the Tanglin Police Station and Special Operations Command to study and observe day-to-day frontline police management and operations. They also shared their valuable police experiences, exchanged policing problems and discussed cultural differences with their Singapore counterparts.

Finally, the Force ambassadors brought back not only enriched police knowledge but also friendship with the Singapore Police Force.
