Three officers, Woman Sergeant Cheng Pui-ling from Ngau Tau Kok Division, Police Constable Lui Kwok-fai from Railway District and Woman Police Constable Chan Wai-che from Traffic New Territories South, have won the prizes of the maiden quiz organised by the Complaints Prevention Committee (CPC) Bulletin.

The officers each received a ball-pen from CPC Chairman, Superintendent Ma Shun-kwong, at a presentation ceremony on February 5.

The quiz attracted many participants from various formations, who were required to answer five questions about the contents of five past issues of the CPC Bulletin.

The CPC Bulletin is issued on a quarterly basis and circulated to Force members (with soft copy available on Service Quality Wing Website) as a useful tool for disseminating complaints prevention messages. It is hoped that through reports of praise worthy cases and sharing of experiences on different facets of police work, Force members can become more aware of complaints prevention and can be inspired to serve the public with care and empathy.
