SSGT Woo Kam-wing and SPC Chan Tin-choi, both from RAILDIST	Japanese tourist	After returning to Japan, the tourist wrote to the Japan Office of the Hong Kong Tourism Board, praising the officers for finding the suitcase she lost while alighting from the Airport Express Line at the Kowloon Station from the airport. Despite the language barrier, the officers made "utmost efforts" to look for the lost property for her, the tourist noted.
HKI RCU 3B officers	Local bank	In a letter to RC HKI thanking the officers for cracking a case of fraudulent credit card application, the bank greatly appreciated the officers' "exemplary professionalism and efficiency" and is particularly impressed with their careful planning and swift execution of operations, which finally led to the arrest of a suspect. The officers' success has driven home a message to the criminals that crime does not pay and the fight against fraud is ongoing, the letter noted.
Officers of RCU 1B KE	Brother of a victim of a murder case	In a letter to CP from Guangzhou, the victim's brother said he was grateful to the officers for making painstaking investigations into the case, resulting in the culprit being sentenced to life imprisonment. He pointed that while he and other relatives were in Hong Kong in connection with the case, the officers also showed them a lot of care and concern during their difficult times.
WSGT Hui Wai-sum of PSU 2 APTDIST	Taiwanese businessman	When WSGT Hui was on duty, a briefcase containing 200,000 Japanese Yen and some personal articles was handed in, there was no clue to the identity of the owner. She subsequently located the owner, a Taiwanese businessman, and returned the property to him, earning his praise for her prompt and excellent service.
