Dr Lobo Louie from the Physical Education Department, Baptist University, together with 30 of his health fitness students, as well as doctors, nurses and physiotherapists, will be joining the event to conduct seminars, workshops, health check, exercise stations, and to set up health exhibition booths at PSRC.

Catering, Clubs and Sports Superintendent Felix Law said: "The PHM event promises to be a highly educational and enjoyable day out for everybody. It is open to serving and retired officers, auxiliary police officers and their families."

Besides a series of seminars of different natures and health exhibition booths, there will be bone density health assessment, health quiz, fitness coaching services, ropes skipping, artistic bicycling, family sporting games, indoor rowing relay competition, and healthy menu promotion.
