Do you know what is 'Boiler Room Fraud'? What about 'Long Firm Fraud'? 'CCB Express' has the answers for them!

In support of the theme of 'Engaging the Community' in the Commissioner's Strategic Action Plan 2008-2010, the Commercial Crime Bureau (CCB) has formulated a publicity campaign for 2008 to raise public awareness of preventing and detecting crimes related to commercial activities.

'CCB Express' is an integral part of the campaign to disseminate the educational and crime preventive tips provided by CCB's 19 Focus Groups. 'CCB Express' is being broadcast on the Cantonese Police Magazine and the English Police Report, both jointly produced by the Police Public Relations Branch and RTHK, on HK-TVB, Broadband TV and Cable TV every Saturday evening, with each episode lasting about three minutes.

Artistes Ellesmere Choy Tse-kin and Gigi Wong Suk-yee, as well as financial analyst Angus Wu are appearing on 'CCB Express' as guest presenters to make appeals on prevention of insurance-related fraud, street scam and property fraud. The programme is also aired on RTHK's 'Gimme 5 JPC', which is a 30-minute segment broadcast between 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm every Friday on Channel 2 as part of 'Gimme 5', a two-hour programme hosted by DJs Eric Leung and Tin-yee Wong.
