APTDIST wins award

Four officers of the Airport District (APTDIST) were among the 124 frontline staff members working at the Hong Kong International Airport, who were presented with a "Customer Service Excellence Award" by the Airport Authority on April 16. The award forms part of the Airport Authority's "Hong Kong International Airport Customer Service Excellence Programme" to pay recognition of the excellent services provided by airport frontline staff.

The four officers are Police Constables Chu Chun-lung and Yung Chung-pan from the Airport Security Unit, Detective Police Constable Chiang Yuk-cheong and Detective Woman Police Constable Kong Siu-ching, both from Crime APTDIST. Their dedication and commitment to service excellence, together with those of the other award winners, have reinforced Hong Kong's image as a friendly and service-oriented metropolis.

At the award presentation ceremony, Mr James Tien, Chairman of the Hong Kong Tourism Board, presented award certificates to Airport District Commander Nelson Lui and the officers.
