SSGT Law Kuen-sai, SSGT Lee Kin-fu and PSU 2 officers, all from APTDIST Airport Authority and an airline The officers raced to the scene when a Filipino woman departing for Manila became emotionally agitated and caused a disturbance to other passengers at the Departure Hall of the Hong Kong International Airport. The officers tactfully calmed down the woman and sent her to hospital for observation, gaining the praises of the Airport Authority and the airline concerned.
Acting SGT Chin Lap-kei, PCs Wan Chun-pong, Lee On-lun and Pang Yat-long and WPC Yuen Hon-ling, all from TFSU NP Owner of a Japanese restaurant The owner had no idea that his restaurant had been broken into until the officers had arrested a suspect and recovered $5,000 stolen from the restaurant. In a letter to CP, the owner said he was proud of Hong Kong having officers of "such calibre".
PC Lau Chun-kit of PSU 2 APTDIST Singapore visitor The visitor thanked PC Lau for locating a taxi and recovering two paintings the visitor left behind in taxi before departing Hong Kong from the Hong Kong International Airport.

SGT Lee Ping-kwong and PCs To Wai-kin, Lau Yu-mau and Kwong Yee-ping, all from Platoon 4 EU KW Victim of theft case The officers were praised for arresting a theft suspect and recovering a mobile phone stolen from the victim.
PCs Lam Wai-kei and Leung Ngai-shun, both from RAILDIST Wife of a "missing person at risk" While patrolling in the Nam Cheong MTR Station, the officers spotted an elderly man who matched the description of a "missing person at risk". After confirmation, the officers took good care of the elderly before he was reunited with his wife.
SGT Pang Kwok-yeung of RAILDIST Mainland visitor The visitor approached SGT Pang for help after he had lost his wallet while travelling on MTR. There was no sign of the wallet despite thorough enquiries by SGT Pang. As the visitor had lost all his money and credit cards, SGT Pang lent the visitor $150 for him to return to Shenzhen. Upon returning home, the visitor sent a thank you email to SGT Pang.
PCs Yu Chi-kai and Kan Ka-wo, both from LMCDIV Mother of a mentally handicapped boy reported missing The mother praised the officers for offering professional services in successfully locating her son at the Lok Ma Chau Public Transport Interchange.
