Commissioner Tang King-shing has noted with deep regret the passing away of former Commandant of the Auxiliary Police Force, Mr Leonard Nylon Ts'o, MBE, QPM, CPM, Honorary SACP (Auxiliary), in Honolulu, Hawaii, on March 22.

Mr Ts'o, who joined the Auxiliary Police Force in 1947 as a police constable, was the second Chinese to head the Auxiliary Police Force as Commandant between 1983 and his retirement in 1987.

Both serving and retired members of the Auxiliary Police Force and the Regular Force remember Mr Ts'o with deep affection.
