Olympic Torch on display
An Olympic Torch, presented to the Force in appreciation of its contributions to the successful staging of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Torch Relay on May 2, is on display on the third floor foyer of Arsenal House, PHQ.
Presented by Mr Yang Shuan, Executive Vice-chairman of the Beijing Organising Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad, the Torch will remain at PHQ until August 24 to coincide with the hosting of the Olympic Equestrian Events in Hong Kong.
Following the display at PHQ, the exhibition will move to PSRC to coincide with the hosting of the Paralympic Equestrian Events in Hong Kong.
