Commissioner Tang King-shing presented promotion letters to 13 officers on October 24.

Ms Lo Ka-man, Mr Li Kin-fai and Mr Cheung Tak-keung have been promoted to Chief Superintendent.

Promoted to Senior Superintendent are Ms Chan Mei-pui, Mr Wong Chun-chin and Mr Keith Dryden, and promoted to Superintendent are Mr Lee Wai-man, Ms Wong Suk-ching, Mr Graham Mitchelmore, Ms Chan Wing-mee, Mr So Kam-pang, Mr Ho Ying-foo and Mr Tan Wing-yuen.

Mr Ng Kam-kei, who is attending the National Studies Course at the Peking University, will receive a letter confirming his promotion to Senior Superintendent in due course.
