This year's tournament, hosted by ICAC, saw strong teams from Fire Services Department, Customs and Excise Department, Correctional Services Department, Immigration Department and ICAC competing in a round-robin manner. After weeks of stiff competition, Senior Superintendent Chau Cho-kei led the police team to claim the final victory, and receive the trophy from Mr Ryan Wong, Director of Investigation/Government Sector, ICAC.

In individual matches, SSP Chau and Superintendent Ng Shan-ho won the senior officers' doubles, while Police Constables Chau Pak-hang and Lai Man-ho narrowly missed the gold and finished second in the junior doubles.
