During the conference, members of the 18 DFCCs took part in five group discussions to deliberate various law and order issues, including youth crime and youth drug abuse, commercial crime and fraud, burglary and home security, domestic violence and "quick cash" crimes. The outcome of the discussions was presented at the conference.
During a plenary session, nearly 400 FCC and DFCC members exchanged views with representatives of policy bureaux and departments on the law and order situation and ways to fight crime.
