Director of Operations Koo Sii-hong officiated at the opening of the Tai Lam Chung Vehicle Examination Centre on December 15.

The centre started providing a "one-stop-shop service" from December 11, including the functions of a vehicle examination centre and a vehicle weigh station.

The operation of the centre is expected to enhance law enforcement by officers of Traffic New Territories North, through the Selective Traffic Enforcement Policy.
