The 27th Annual General Meeting of the Hong Kong Police Credit Union was held at the Hong Kong International Trade and Exhibition Centre, Kowloon Bay, on March 21. After the Union's President, Mr Ma Wai-luk, welcomed and addressed the guests and members attending the meeting, a three per cent dividend rate and the following reports and matters were adopted by a majority.
(1) Confirmation of Minutes of the 26th Annual General Meeting;
(2) The following reports were adopted by a majority:

| II) Treasurer, | |
| III) Credit Committee, | |
| IV) Supervisory Committee, | |
| V) Education Committee, | |
| VI) Registrar of Credit Union, |
(3) Dividend rate;
(4) By-law amendment;
(5) Other matters, and
(6) Election (for vacancies in Board of Directors, Credit Committee and Supervisory Committee)
