Three PCOs promoted
Information Systems Wing Senior Superintendent (Business Services) Kwok Ho-yee presented letters to three Police Communications Officers, Ms Wong Pui-ching, Miss Sze Wai-yee, and Mr Kwan Chun-kit on June 24, confirming their promotion to the rank of Senior Police Communications Officer with effect from the same date.
