Mr Lo Wai-chung has been promoted to Assistant Commissioner, while Mr John Ribeiro and Mr Leung Shun to Chief Superintendent and Superintendent respectively.

Mr Tang also presented promotion letters to two officers who were unable to attend the previous promotion ceremony: Mr Lui Hon-kwok, promoted to Chief Superintendent, and Mr Chan Man-tak, to Superintendent.
