Police Constable Lau Kin-cheung from Police Public Relations Branch (PPRB), Police Constable Yik Yiu-wai from Criminal Record Bureau and a team from Auxiliary Support Formation clinched the gold, silver and bronze awards respectively of the Force T-shirt Design Competition held from August 18 to September 29.

Organised as a platform for Force members to demonstrate their creativity and design talent, foster a sense of belonging within the Force, and produce T-shirts to generate funds for the Police Welfare Fund, the competition drew a total of 79 creative and attractive entries, which also correspond with the theme of "Force identities".

At a prize presentation ceremony on October 28, Chief Superintendent (Personnel Service and Staff Relations) Lam Man-sai expressed her appreciation to the awardees for injecting creativity into Force souvenirs with their designs and contributing to the Police Welfare Fund. She hoped Force members would continue making Force souvenirs more attractive with their design talent.

A list of the winners and their designs have been posted on Force NoticeBoard. The winning designs will be adopted for producing T-shirts for sale at the Police Souvenir Gallery, and part of the proceeds will go to the Police Welfare Fund.

The competition was run under the Police Staff Motivation Scheme, with the prizes sponsored by the scheme.
