The seminar covered a wide range of topics, including establishment changes, temporary redeployment, acting appointments, overseas duty visits, training and entertainment votes, procurement regulations and protocol in dealing with Mainland authorities, with speakers from Administration Wing, Crime Wing and Personnel Wing sharing their knowledge and practical experience with over 80 officers from different formations of Crime Wing.

Acting Assistant Commissioner (Crime) Ng Sai-kuen welcomed all the participants and thanked the speakers for their full support. He said the seminar was organised to further enhance Crime Wing officers' understanding and knowledge of the relevant policies, procedures and guidelines, so that they would more effectively use financial and human resources to meet operational needs.

The participants had interactive exchanges with the speakers, and found the seminar very informative and useful.
