The training package aims at enhancing officers' understanding of the importance of integrity and honesty, the seven behavioural guidelines and the Four-Way Values Judgment. Through the package, officers will be able to gain a better idea of how to maintain the highest standards of behaviour to meet with the rising expectations of the Force by the public.

The package contains an opening address by Commissioner Tang King-shing, as well as six scenarios related to seven behavioural guidelines for discussions by trainees.

Seven train-the-trainer workshops were held between February 22 and March 5 for Training and Staff Relations Officers (TSROs) and District Training Team Members to prepare for launching of the training package.

The package will be introduced to frontline officers according to the schedules set by their TSROs. Training Manual and a PowerPoint presentation have been uploaded to the Training Days Resource Bank on POINT.
