In appreciation of the performance of Fraud Section 10A of Commercial Crime Bureau (CCB) in investigating a mortgage fraud case involving 8.6 million, the Internal Control Officer of the bank recently called at CCB and presented thank you banners to Superintendent Ho Ying-foo, Chief Inspector Chan Yu-lung and Woman Senior Inspector Wong Ping-ping. The two culprits of the case have been sentenced to 18 and 30 months' imprisonment by the District Court, and CCB has recovered $2.3 million of the loot. |
