PSG outreach visit to NTN
Psychological Services Group (PSG) made an outreach visit to New Territories North (NTN) Regional Headquarters on October 7 to deliver messages on suicide prevention, stress management and positive psychology.
Besides the talks given by Senior Police Clinical Psychologist Eddie Li and Police Clinical Psychologist Ingrid Mak, Mr Ken Wong, an experienced yoga instructor, also conducted a "Mindful Yoga" session for the audience to sample the ways to get relaxation.
For most of the audience, especially male officers who keep fit and relieve stress with jogging and in gyms, yoga exercise offers a new experience.
