The Psychological Services Group has received submissions by Force members in response to its appeal for artworks. Five batches of artworks have been selected for publication in OffBeat.
The graphic design (right) is the work of Police Constable Kwong Yiu-kwong. His patchwork signifies the bit and pieces that build up life, some may being "brilliant" and some being "flawed". He encourages us to "cherish every moment of life".
