Poster design contest draws entries with high standard
Police College has received 24 entries to a poster design competition on "NCOs' Roles and Responsibilities in Integrity Management" run by the college's JPO Development Learning Division from October to November this year.
The division organised the competition for NCO promotion course participants under the Police Staff Motivation Scheme in a bid to promote Integrity Management and Force Values.
In the view of the college, all entries have a high standard in terms of creativity, graphic design and innovation. An adjudication panel headed by Acting Police College Director Sham Wai-kin has selected the winning teams according to their clarity of message, impressiveness, creativity and aesthetic feelings.
The winning teams are:
Champion: Sergeants (SGT) Chan Wai-leung, Ng Shiu-lun, Cheung Kin-wa and Shiu Chi-yung of SGT Promotion Course 6C/2010.
1st Runner-up: SGTs Lui Wai-wing, Shum Kwok-kai, Ng Wing-kee, Lam Man-leung and Wong Chun-ming, Woman SGTs Cheung Ching-yee and Chow Wai-fong of SGT Promotion Course 6A/2010.
2nd Runner-up: SGTs Tse King-shing, Tin Hoi-yan, Liu Kwok-fai and Chu Wai-kay of SGT Promotion Course 6C/2010.
