Being the first Junior Police Officer attending international meeting of this kind, PC Cheung said: "As an Assistant Liaison Officer of LB, I often communicate with my overseas counterparts on phone or with e-mail on matters related to investigations, visits and training. The meeting gave me a valuable opportunity to talk face to face with my counterparts and to gain mutual understanding at personal and working levels. It has enhanced co-operation and the existing liaison network."
