Ching Ming Homage
With the approach of the Chinese Ching Ming Festival, Director of Personnel and Training Ma Wai-luk, on behalf of the Force and accompanied by Personnel Services and Staff Relations Branch Acting Chief Superintendent Chan Wing-hong, went to the Gallant Garden on March 28 to pay homage to police officers who had made the ultimate sacrifice. Relatives of the late officers and representatives of the four police disciplined staff associations also joined Mr Ma in the graveside visit.
On the same and following days, Mr Chan also paid respects to officers laid to rest at other cemeteries.
