SBDIV celebrates big promotion |

Thirteen officers of the Small Boat Division (SBDIV) have been promoted to Sergeant. To mark this auspicious occasion, the division held a traditional thanks-giving ceremony known as "Bai Kwan Dai" at its base at Government Dockyard on Stonecutters Island on April 29. On hand to congratulate the officers on their promotions and efforts were Marine Regional Commander Chang Mo-see and Commander-designate Lau Yip-shing, accompanied by Deputy Regional Commander Chung Hung-fung and Acting Senior Superintendent (Operations) Tsui Wai-hung. In response, Small Boat Divisional Commander Mark Anstiss thanked the senior management of Marine Regional Headquarters for their continuous support for the officers' efforts to pursue promotion. The newly promoted Sergeants are Messrs Lung Kin-man, Wong Yiu-wah, Ma Sui-wo, Sin Kam-fai, Kam Shing-yui, Wong Yik-chung, Hui Ching, Mak Wai-yuen, Ng Yau-hum, Yiu Kwok-fai, Wong Ling-tse, Ng Ming-yan and Chui Lap-kay. |
