Police Judo Club (PJC) is again offering a five-day training course for kids from July 18 to 22.

The training course is an excellent way for children to keep healthy, learn judo skills, and make new friends in a safe environment. Training, which will be conducted by qualified coaches and PJC members, is free of charge but participants are required to bring their own judo outfit.

All children of Force members between the ages of six and 12 are welcome. Members of Operation Breakthrough will also attend the course.

Training will take place in the Police Sports and Recreation Club Judo Room in two sessions, with the morning session from 10 am to noon and the afternoon session from 2 pm to 4 pm. The deadline for enrolment is July 11.
