Senior promotions
Commissioner Tsang Wai-hung presented letters to eight officers on September 23, confirming their promotions.
Heading the promotion list is Mr Au Chi-kwong, promoted to Assistant Commissioner, while Mr Kwok Yam-shu, to Chief Superintendent; Messrs Siu Kit-hung, Shaun Dove and Wong Hon-kwan, to Senior Superintendent; and Messrs Leung Chi-tim, Lee Wing-keung and Chan Shun-yu, to Superintendent.
