The answer is to use the "Forget Password" Function. 1. Before using this function, you have to pre-set questions and answers by choosing Menu --> Tools --> Password Administration on the DP menu. 2. Choose at least three questions and provide answers to the questions. 3. When you see the successful message, you may then use the Forget Password Function. 4. When you forget your password during logon DP, you may press the Forget Password button. You will then be asked three questions from those pre-defined questions. A new password will be created for you after you have answered the questions correctly. Contact your FITSO if you have encountered any problems related to your password or your DP account. |
