Dear Sirs,

Having lost an important piece of luggage while on a business trip to Hong Kong, I was very impressed by the quick actions of PC10193 in tracking down (via various taxi companies), locating, and arranging for the return of my luggage, fully intact, in an incredibly short amount of time.

I had given up on getting the luggage back, but the two officers worked quickly, efficiently and politely to remedy the situation for me.

Both the PC and his supervisor were extremely helpful, polite, and professionally efficient, and are a credit to the Hong Kong Police Force.
