Updating of the OffBeat mailing list has been completed. However in view of the fact that many replies are still coming in after the deadline for the updating, the OffBeat Editorial Committee has decided to postpone implementation of the new mailing list for those readers who have not met the deadline. The Committee hopes those who have yet to send in their returns and wish to continue receiving the publication should provide OffBeat with name, address, telephone number, UI number and reference number by fax, post or e-mail immediately. Those who fail to do so would not receive mailing service from April 2012. To support environmental protection and save resources, the Committee encourages serving and retired officers to browse OffBeat online as far as possible.
