To promote the concept of integrity, Eastern District (EDIST) has established a "Quality Assurance Team - Integrity Management" under the Formation Integrity Committee. All team members are Junior Police Officers and their promotion work is supervised by the Formation Integrity Officer, EDIST Commander Andrew Lovatt.

The quality assurance team is aimed at passing on frontline officers' valuable experience to their colleagues so that officers would attain a high standard of personal integrity, and to meet society's increasing expectations of the Force.

The team disseminates integrity messages to EDIST officers through various channels, including notice boards, easy-rolls at conspicuous locations in stations, District Website in POINT, puzzles and a half-yearly publication - the "Eastern Integrity Bulletin".

The team has made a good start, with the number of team members steadily increasing since its establishment. As the responsibility of promoting of integrity is not confined to team members, it is hoped each unit would have its own "Integrity Ambassador" for promoting integrity culture among unit members and disseminating integrity messages to them.
