I would like to extend my warmest gratitude to your officer, with police number 7101, working in the Hong Kong Station, right in front of the entrance of the Hong Kong Express. With excellent proficiency in Mandarin, the officer offered us great help in finding the right way to our destination. Besides, he even used his personal smart device to help to look for the most convenient path for us. During the whole time, he showed great patience, always with a big smile on, making us feel very comfortable and relieved.

Though a small favour, what officer 7101 conveyed to us was actually the warm help and concern from Hong Kong people. We're feeling more than welcomed and very delightful to have met such helpful officer.

It was a pity not to have known the name of the officer, but please do help me convey my gratitude to that officer, and the whole Hong Kong Police Force. It is really appreciated to have such outstanding officer in Hong Kong, which always makes my trip to Hong Kong safe, convenient, and memorable.
