Police Volleyball Club (PVC) sent a 23-member delegation for a sports exchange with the Chinese People's Public Security University (CPPSU) in Beijing from May 24 to 27. Led by Club Chairperson, Railway District Deputy Commander Catherine Kwan, the delegation had two exciting matches with the CPPSU. The matches drew over 100 CPPSU teachers and students, and the atmosphere was marked with friendship and an exchange of views on police work and campus life. Following nail-biting competition, the Police men's team beat the CPPSU team by 3 to 1, while the Police women's team lost out to CPPSU by 1 to 3. Welcoming the delegation, CPPSU President, Mr Cheng Lin, said the matches had brought Force-CPPSU exchanges to new dimension. Delegation members also took the opportunity to tour the Tactical Training Complex and library of CPPSU. Superintendent Kwan has highly rated the sports exchange and looks forward to more similar exchanges in future. She welcomes those interested in volleyball to get in touch with her Executive Committee at hkpvc.hkp@gmail.com for training details.
