Thank you so much for your help on May 22 when I lost my purse in the taxi. With a 4-year-old daughter who was ill that day, I lost my purse containing our passports, money, credit cards and train tickets in the back of a taxi. We went to your office to ask for help. You showed my daughter and me compassion, care and professionalism. You stayed with us for many hours, gave us many good advice, and utilized Hong Kong Police System's great technical and human resources, and finally helped us recover my purse.

I am grateful for your help and I have been trying to access your website to send a Thank You letter. However, I cannot access it from China. Therefore I am asking my friends in Hong Kong to help me forward this message.
