Dear Sirs,

I am writing to show my sincere gratitude to police officers 8371 and 1693 for their commitment to great service in handling my two complaints of noise caused by my neigbour's party music. The police officers were responsive and truly service-oriented. After they arrived, they talked to my neighbour, called me at the spot and asked me whether I could still hear the noise. They even gave me a direct mobile phone number with which I was able to contact them immediately in the event the party music occur again.

Indeed, the party music did revive and the police officers attended the scene again and dealt with the issue speedily after I contacted them on their mobile phone. I am most grateful for their professionalism and dedication, and I am proud of the Hong Kong Police Force because of them.

Kindly convey my message to the police officers, their supervisors, their police station and all those who should be concerned.
