To promote awareness of complaint prevention amongst officers, the New Territories North (NTN) Regional Complaint Prevention Committee has organised a Complaint Prevention Seed Competition.  The competition met with a spontaneous response, drawing 112 entries from 107 teams from various formations in NTN, mainly in the forms of photographs and videos.  The majority of the entries have a very high standard in terms of graphic design and creativity.

A judging panel comprising members of the Regional Complaint Prevention Committee selected the award-winning entries according to their themes, overall impression, aesthetic and creativity. The competition came to a successful conclusion with an award presentation ceremony on May 30 at NTN Regional Headquarters, where NTN Regional Commander So Kam-sing and Deputy Regional Commander Paul Lau presented awards to the winners.
