Assisitant Commissioner (Personnel) Ng Tsui Fung-ying received an Award of the Third Top Donor Award (Civil Service Category) on behalf of the Force from Mrs Regina Leung, President of the Community Chest, at the Chest 2012/13 Annual Presentation of Awards Ceremony at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on June 25. It is a tradition of the Force to support the Community Chest and to foster a sense of civic responsibility among Force members.
