To usher in its 1,000th issue, OffBeat publishes memorable photos for readers to reminisce about the past.

OffBeat invites readers to select the photo they like best. The photo, which scores the highest number of votes, will be "Photo of the Decade". The most popular photos of the four decades will be published in OffBeat's 1,000th issue.

In each issue, a reader should pick one photo only. The deadline for voting is July 23. Readers are requested to send the photo number, together with their names, contact number and UI number (if applicable), by fax 2200-4309 or via email offbeat1000@police.gov.hk before the deadline.
