Dear Sir,

 

I would like to express my gratitude to the officer who assisted me in retrieving my wallet back.

 

Due to my own negligence, I left my wallet in a taxi on the 20th July 2013. He was very efficient and the wallet was retrieved the next day.

 

On the side note, I think he had a good command of English, which helped in our communication, and he was also very well groomed. I would also like to express my appreciation towards the taxi driver for handing over my wallet.

 

After this incident, I feel that Hong Kong citizens are very empathetic towards people, which is a good quality to keep!
