Dear Sirs,

 

I had a minor car accident on August 1 morning and two officers came to help me out.  They are so professional that I think I should send them a special compliment.

 

They were nice, polite and prompt in helping me and the other driver.  They showed good patience and neutrality when dealing with the case; and that enabled us to finish  everything within 20 minutes.  I want to thank them for their great assistance and feel so lucky to have come across them in my difficult time.
