Police anxious to contact next-of-kin of the deceased

Police are anxious to locate the next-of-kin of a man who was found dead in March this year.

The 62-year-old man, Cheung Tsung-tsen, was found dead at his residence on To Kwa Wan Road in Hung Hom on March 10. The case came to light after his neighbour made a report to the Police on the same day that odd smell was detected from the unit.

Police found no information about the relatives of the deceased. Initial enquiries revealed that no suspicious circumstances were detected so far.

Investigations are taken over by the Miscellaneous Enquiries Sub-unit of Hung Hom Division.

Anyone who knows the deceased's relatives or has any information to offer is urged to contact the investigating officers on 2761 8382 or the Hung Hom Police Station on 2761 8219.
