Police appeal for information on Mong Kok traffic accident

Police today (October 29) appealed for information about a traffic accident in Mong Kok this morning in which a 49-year-old man was seriously injured.

About 5.30am, a 56-year-old motorist traveling along the slip road from Prince Edward Road roundabout to Lin Cheung Road found a cyclist unconscious on the road.

The injured man was taken to the Caritas Medical Centre in critical condition.

Investigations by the Accident Investigation Team, Traffic Kowloon West are proceeding.

Anyone who may have seen an accident involving the cyclist or who may have information is urged to contact the investigating officers on 2773 5299 or 2773 5200.
