Anti-Drugs Campaign 2022

Narcotics Bureau’s brand new anti-drugs mascot "Mai Jai" is born! It will appear in all relevant official promotional messages and materials during the campaign and disseminate the message of “Drugs? Never!”

The purposes of this anti-drugs campaign are to enhance the resilience of citizen against drug abuse and to teach everyone the harms associated with drug abuse. A series of anti-drugs publicity have been launched throughout the Anti-drugs Campaign 2022 between September and November :-

Love Our Life - LOL Party Anti-drugs Exhibition

Narcotics Bureau organized a “Love Our Life - LOL Party” at West Kowloon Cultural District on 12 and 13 November! There were a full range of exciting and entertaining events, including anti-drugs exhibition booths, singing performance, chit-chat with Alex Fong, sharing sessions by elite athletes and drug abuse rehabilitants and Police dog performance show! Let’s assemble positive energy and promote positive values!

Anti-drugs Promotion truck:

Promotion truck stopped by different hotspots in the town between 2022-09-25 and 2022-10-09 to disseminate anti-drugs message. Brand new anti-drugs 3D hologram, Instagram filter game and “Drug smell simulator” were installed in the car, members of public were invited to experience the harmful effects of drug abuse.

Visualizing the damages on different organs with 3D hologram projection, you can know more about the harmful effects of drug abuse!

Brand new anti-drugs publicity animations and videos will be broadcasted at social media platforms to disseminate anti-drugs message!

“Love Our Life - LOL Party” @West Kowloon Cultural District

Narcotics Bureau organized a “Love Our Life - LOL Party” at West Kowloon Cultural District on 12 and 13 November 2022! There were a full range of exciting and entertaining events, including anti-drugs exhibition booths arranged by students of the Leadership Institute on Narcotics (L.I.O.N.), sharing session on positive values by experts and drug abuse rehabilitants, singing performance by STARS Academy singers, busking performance, Police dog performance show, and various healthy experience including yoga, HIIT workout and rope skipping! Elite athletes, Mr. Wong Zan Ting and Ms. Mok Uen Ying, Artist Alex Fong also shared positive messages to the public in the event!

Promotion truck:

Promotion truck stopped by different hotspots in the town between 2022-09-25 and 2022-10-09 to disseminate anti-drugs message. A brand new 3D Hologram, a Drug Smell Simulation and a new anti-drugs Instagram filter were installed in the truck for members of public to experience the harmful effects of drug abuse from different sensory stimulations.
