A new electronic membership system for POC and PSRC will be rolled out on 2023-04-01. As such, all existing PSRC members are required to renew their membership cards between 2022-12-01 and 2023-02-28 by batches according to the following schedule.

The 3rd batch of PSRC members are cordially invited to click the website link www.poc-psrc.com.hk or scan the below QR code for the online application.
The process will take about 15-20 minutes. Principal members should apply for your family members during the same application.
Please prepare the following documents before making the online application: -
- Recent colour photo in white/blue background (PICS/uniform photo is not acceptable)
- Marriage certificate if you intend to apply for NEW membership card for your spouse who is not an existing member
- Birth certificate(s) if you intend to apply for NEW membership card(s) for your child/children who is/ are 5-24 years old and are not an existing member(s)
Please note that this exercise serves the replacement of old cards only and old cards will be invalid on 2023-03-31. New application will be processed in traditional means during the above mentioned period.
