Starting from mid-December 2024, the scope of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (“SCRC”) Scheme will be expanded to cover “prospective” self-employed persons. Police would also launch the online application platform and introduce other enhanced arrangements. Please check out the details here. With effect from 11 March 2024, the prescribed fees for Sexual Conviction Record Check new application and renewal application will be adjusted to HK$140 and HK$93 per person respectively.
