To further enhance public awareness and understanding of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) Scheme, the Administration has launched a promotional partner programme in mid 2013 for stakeholders to join to assist in promoting the SCRC service to their subsidiaries and members. To promote the publicity of the SCRC Scheme, the promotional partners will help to display posters and distribute promotion pamphlets in their offices or lobby. In case the promotional partners need to engage persons to undertake work that requires frequent contact with children or mentally incapacitated persons, they will actively make use of the SCRC Scheme.
