The selection interview consists of self-introduction and group discussion
The following attributes of a candidate will be assessed during the Selection Interview:
Physical Fitness Test will take around half a day at the Police College or Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force Headquarters. Please refer to the Fitness for details.
To enhance the selection process, applicants who meet the entry requirements will be invited to attend the Auxiliary Recruitment Express at the Hong Kong Police College, No.18 Ocean Park Road, Wong Chuk Hang or Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force Headquarters, No.12 Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon to go through the initial screening, selection interview and physical fitness test in just one day.

After the Final Interview Board, candidates may be arranged for Integrity Checks and Medical Examination (including Urine Drug Test).
The whole recruitment process is expected to last for around 14 weeks, depending on the number of applicants. Appointment will be offered to those applicants found most suitable for the post of Police Constable (Auxiliary), subject to vacancies arise.
