- Final year post-secondary students (including Sub-degree Programmes, High Diploma, Diploma of Foundation Studies and Diploma Yi Jin)
- Interested in serving the society by joining the Force as recruit police constables (RPC) after graduation
A one-year recruitment program for post-secondary students who are interested in joining the Force as recruit police constables (RPCs) after graduation, to enrich their police knowledges and to enhance their preparedness for the subsequent recruitment selection process.
To effectively achieve the objectives of the Project, a cadre of volunteers, Project ACHIEVE Police Ambassadors, has been formed. The Police Ambassadors are mostly police officers who are graduated from respective institutes. Police Ambassadors are role models for project members, each leading two to four members from respective institutes and sharing with them the knowledge, experience, and challenges of being a police officer.
The application for Project ACHIEVE will commence in September every year. Application QR code will be available in this web-site or via the Student Affairs Offices from the institutes in September.
After the one-year program starting from September, a one-stop ‘Recruitment Express’ will also be held between May or June for the members to speed up their recruitment applications.
Students who have interest in the programme can contact the respective Student Affairs Offices or Student Career Offices in their institutes for details.
‘Project ACHIEVE Recruitment Express’ was held at Hong Kong Police College
